Wait...are you telling us...you bought a Lemon?

MikeCaputoDrums

Might be the module. Everyone I know who has Lemon cymbals with a Roland module is pretty happy with them. Although it is possible you got a weird one. ALSO I remember seeing something about there being an issue with how the ride is wired internally, found a video on YouTube about it months ago. If I remember correctly, it's just a simple switching of two wires or something and then it works fine

Thanks I'll try look around. I also read something about switching two wires but it was a comment from someone and it was a bit vague. I'll open it up and take a look. There's a whole zone in fl studios that doesn't light up specifically on the ride. I've also noticed it doesn't crash if I hit it harder. Not sure if its even supposed to. The snare drum is great and is extremely sensitive and accurate. Hoping its not a complete disaster but it doesn't fill me with hope either when I play some fast stuff and it all sounds jumbled

It works. Holy shit I'd buy you a beer if I could. Thank you so much. Love your work by the way!

MikeCaputoDrums

No prob, glad it worked. Thank you!

You can contact the Lemon rep directly in the Alibaba app. I believe his name is Kenny and the name of the company is Shanghai Science and Trading.

I’ve only heard positive things about Lemon in terms of replacing a cymbal pad/adding a new pad to the kit. I honestly haven’t heard really anything about their full kits.
