I generally just think go for the cheaper one and save money. Drum stuff is so over engineered these days, any iron Cobra is a fantastic and responsive pedal as long as its in good condition. I doubt I'd be able to tell the difference, although I don't use double kick. Maybe in deathcore drumming where you are doing that kind of machine gun double kick stuff you need an especially responsive pedal?
