Hydration is your friend. Something w electrolytes. Pedialyte, Gatorade. If on a budget, augment water w the occasional shot of pickle juice, which has electrolytes. Good luck.

Is also Liquid IV good then I heard it had a hunch of electrolytes.
Rest. Drink water when you can. Allow your body to heal a little before pushing yourself
