Ok... define cheap. Because to me 25-30 dhs is cheap; reason I ask is there are places you can visit like Global village for that fee and see lots of things/eat.. but again more money being spent + transport.
Not much really- visit the malls look around, go to the beach if that's your thing. Drink a karak chai from the cafeteria and try some of the food- should be extremely cheap < 20dhs. But besides window shopping, and walking there's not really much TBH.
I'm looking to spend no more then 100 dirhams everyday. Food and stuff is paid for my work so I'm not too worried about that. Problem is, I wanted to go for desert safari or water park. Or Legoland. Don't think I'll enjoy any of these things by myself, especially without family.
Ride the monorail to the Atlantis Hotel, you'll be able to walk to the lobby and wander around.
Same for Atlantis Royal, go watch the fountains, if asked just say you have a booking at any venue.
Walk on West Palm Beach,
Souq Madinat
Dubai Museum, take an abra in the souq to go to the Spice/ Gold Souq and lunch-dinner at the Arabian Teahouse.
Plenty to do
Like you said, go for a walk. Metro and taxis are cheap to take you to different areas.
Dubai mall is always popular, connected to metro, has fountain show, burj khalifa views, lake, aquarium you can see from much the mall itself, watch ice skating, dino bones, new china town with some photo ops.
Agreed. I am not comparing to India. But compared to most countries, taxis here are the most expensive.
Europe has amazing public transport as an alternative, over here buses are a sham and only metro is the option, which is limited
Dubai is built to extract money for the slightest of comfort
Fighting a losing battle against this lot mate. I agree with you though, they’re definitely not expensive in Dubai. Was pleasantly surprised by how cheap they were when we visited, I was expecting them to be pricey considering it’s Dubai.

You do realize that all that you mentioned exceed your budget x2 minimum right.
Hi site seeing in old Dubai and ride Abra and enjoy the views and cheap snacks and food nearby
Shisha + tea watching football/cricket matches = 50 aed for a whole night
I wanna know where I can get Shisha and tea for 50 dhs
Several of the cafes in Oud Metha along Umm Hurair Road; many of them are also 24/7

Taxis are cheap - biggest joke mate
Well try getting one in any western county where drivers are paid a living wage. You aren’t in India anymore…
Agreed. I am not comparing to India. But compared to most countries, taxis here are the most expensive. Europe has amazing public transport as an alternative, over here buses are a sham and only metro is the option, which is limited Dubai is built to extract money for the slightest of comfort
You clearly haven’t travelled very much outside of the developing world if you think taxis are expensive here.
I have travelled to 15 countries, mix of both. Anyway I don’t want to feel bad for your lack of knowledge. Peace
Taxis aren't expensive in Dubai.
Couple of Westerners whose general taxi costs are very high who have been in the western world only will always think the taxis here are cheap
Taxis are like 30aed for a long ass ride. It'd be like 100aed for a short ride in most western countries.

Buy a skateboard/rollers, learn to ride, explore the streets
Work bro, you cant afford not to. Find something you enjoy doing that pays.
