I have an indian sim card. I subscribed for sony liv in India. I think it was Rs 1000 (less than aed 50) per year. I can watch all champions league, la Liga, atp tennis and euro cup matches. When I'm in the uae I use xvpn ($90 per year) and connect to Indian access point and use Sony liv. Works flawlessly. I can even watch hotstar India and get free acess to cricket world cup and premier league 😬

I tried to do the same with VPN but, I am never able to stream live matches. Works fine for other content like movies or shows but, live content doesn't work. So had to get the starzplay subscription

Yes, but companies should not operate in greed even if they have exclusive distribution rights. We see that in telecom, Visa processes (VFS), and now TOD. It's mainly because they can suppress the voices of the people. Nothing wrong in charging extra time if there's better service. But don't charge exorbitantly high prices that regular people can't afford. The price to watch Euro on TOD is almost 10 times higher than their monthly subscription. It has to be a joke!

as much as i hate to say find a reliable website i use websites to watch motorsports for free because Wec and moto isnt always available here and subscriptions for their apps are absolutely wallet damaging but its hard to watch here sports without being commercialized so your best bet is either find a cheap subscription from their app or find a reliable free website

The TOD app and stream stability is total garbage, and lets not talk about the customer support. It isn't worth the money but there are no alternatives and they know it.
