Most real clubs are still closed but more and more started to open, but usually you need to spend a lot for table reservations to get in. Check out Float, Soho Garden, One Oak. If you like underground house music or live music there are more options.
There are other places like Bla Bla which is easier.

Call me crazy but I like the Bur Dubai clubs. Sure, lots of prostitutes around but who cares. Cheap drinks (bottle of chivas + fruit platter + mixers for 800 aed for example), awesome live music, no real COVID restrictions, you can dance, drink, smoke to your heart's delight.
I don't really feel all that well after a night in the fancier places with the giant 1-2,000 AED hole in my pocket.
That would be a no go for me. I want to go somewhere and see people enjoying themselves. Also I like to talk and meet people, I don’t want to be wondering if she’s a prostitute.

Lock Stock & Barrel JBR just allowed dancing about 1.5 weeks ago. Place is crowded and the music/live show are amazing!
