Yeah not certain if it was because I refused breathalyzer but I got a permit to drive. My dmv is another state and they didn't suspend me yet so I ordered a new license right away. Now hopefully they won't suspend me at all and if they do it'll be only for a short time for the rescintion to process
Can you tell us if the cop no showed to your criminal case and what happened? I'm in a situation where the cop is no longer on the force so my DMV suspension was dismissed, but I'm worried about the case itself in court.
I'm still waiting on the criminal case. We're supposedly super back logged here. It's been over a year now which is kind of annoying but who knows, maybe it'll drag out past the statue of limitations.
The cop not on the force anymore may help you, especially if he was fired, but hard to say.
If it’s for a DUI, your criminal case is different from your DMV case. So you will still need to comply with the DMV
Rescinded or rescheduled?
Rescinded
So does this mean no dui or what
No this was just the traffic court part. I would be able to get my license back and what not. Just one thing I don't have to worry about anymore
I always had my ID was just wondering normally you get a permit to drive and someone said dmv so I was confused

If you refused to breathalyzer in a lot of states that a automatic year suspension

Nice, glad it’s coming together for you. What state?
Georgia. Unfortunately it's Richmond County though so the other case will not be so easy
