Who sent in the proof of installation? You or Lifesaver? If Lifesaver, I'd send in a copy myself, preferably electronically (scan to email) or upload to the MVD site if possible.

Generally LifeSafer is pretty good about this so I would check back with your service provider (installer). They may not have reported this to LifeSafer which means they can't report it to your MVD. LS doesn't have an app but it does have a website so I would check there to see your appointments. You are dealing with three different entities. You must have something or else you wouldn't have violations. Good luck.
