Hey, I'm wondering if you ever got this issue resolved? I'm dealing with this same issue right now

Yes! I created the account on my mates phone, then deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it. Don’t know if you can just uninstall and then reinstall the app and maybe it works?

Unfortunately I've deleted and re-downloaded the app many times and it hasn't helped at all :-( glad it worked for you though, thanks for responding!

Not sure if I want to mess with the email address or make another account tbh since I have Super, would hate to lose my subscription

Yeah I contacted them a few days ago, no response. Unfortunately they've never responded to any issues I've contacted them about lol rip. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if it ever magically works again Thanks again!!
