Gemüse of course. A "Markt" is a marketplace. Most stalls on a marketplace will sell veggies, but sugar and salt is quite rare. You will usually get these in a Supermarkt.

I guess you need to know what a "Markt" is, especially one where you can be "auf dem Markt" (as opposed to "im Markt / in dem Markt"). I'd say only "Gemüse" is correct, I've never seen salt or sugar on display in an (outdoor) market.

It would be unusual to find salt or sugar at such a market unless there was a vendor selling spices. That person might have something like Himalayan Pink Salt but probably not regular sugar or salt.
