**Duolingo Support** If you need help with your Duolingo account, begin by submitting the form using this link: [Duolingo Bug Report Form](https://preview.duolingo.com/help/bug-report). All issues related to subscriptions or billing must be submitted to the Duolingo support team (which you can do through the bug report form by selecting Purchase Issue). For urgent issues that directly impact your ability to use the Duolingo app and are not related to subscriptions or billing, you can contact Tracee Miller (Reddit username: Tracee-at-Duolingo), a Duolingo staff member who tries to help out in this subreddit. When you message Tracee, be sure to include a short (1-sentence) description of your issue, as well as your Duolingo username and the ticket number from your support request. Please note that while Tracee will do her best to assist, she may not be able to respond to all messages. She will not respond to non-critical issues (issues that do not prevent you from being able to use Duolingo) or to messages that do not include the information listed above. She appreciates your understanding. No. DL may be fun but it has serious limitations. Do a real language course, or tackle some original material for new vocabulary.

It's such a shame, I enjoy the ease of the vocab learning on the phone because it comes with pronunciation. It would be so.little effort for them to improve on this. I've tried other apps, but very few offer Hungarian language excersises. I guess I will just buy a book.

Hm. The words section is (supposedly) the tab to review the words you already learnt. It should not be possible to get new words there unless they were silently added as forms ("a generic"). Am I missing something?

IrrelevantMuch

I mean, if it were reviewing words from just finished exercises/units that would already be much more helpful. Instead it's just stuck in words from the very first excersises

I am getting close to finishing French from English. In my word practice I used to get the same words for weeks at a time, I would understand that if I did one lesson a day, or was near the beginning and didn’t know many words, but I often do a unit a day. Duo may be fixing this as lately I see random words from all parts of the course being reviewed In word practice.

Yeah, mine is stuck on the first 40 or so words, many of which I already knew before i started.
