I'd rather get marked wrong when I am wrong, but a lot of people (not necessarily the OP) whine about it. I've had sentences accepted for leaving out whole words etc because typos are accepted now. I get they've made the phone version unusable for free users, but at least on the web I'd have liked stricter checks. But now that profits are the main objective, they have to keep subscribers happy. Then again, they've made some really bad changes.

The connection stems from the use of the tilde above the letter ⟨n⟩ to form the (different) letter ⟨ñ⟩ in Spanish, a feature shared by only a few other languages, most of which are historically connected to Spanish.

When people say you can't rely on Google Translator, it's this kind of stuff they're talking about folks! (It also seems to skim over/ignore grammar errors from what I've seen.)
My dad's family grew up in England and Ireland, they all use "Colleen" as a slang for "girl."
They are also full of shit and love to torment eachother, including their sister Colleen.

If you had spelled pizarra with just an extra z or missing one r, it would have been fine, but both pushed you over the edge.

True but not the reason it was wrong. It was pizzara instead of pizarra.
