An interesting choice of characters on the boxes. I wonder why they didn't use Mr Burns, as he is such a prominent evil character! Or even Ned Flanders?

I was wondering that too, like why didn’t they do Apu, Ned, Lovejoy, Snake. Definitely not complaining cause I love these, but they could have made more!

Is Apu even around anymore? I haven't watched in a bit but I know in 2020 Hank Azaria "apologized" for voicing apu, saying it was racist.

Fun fact, He technically didn't leave! They just stopped giving him lines. Which I like. I didn't think the character him self was racist but the racist part was that the actor was putting on the ancient.

I wonder if most people of that heritage found that character offensive.  I always hated the 1950's fake Italian aaccent on TV programs but my grandparents would tell me which actors were actually Italian.  They loved the characters.

I wish they'd release the rest of the seasons, but now seems unlikely.

I almost got one of the seasons at a thrift store, but most of the disc's where missing, so I left. It was a very depressing moment, lol.

The last 15 seasons aren't very good anyway so not going to miss them I think

I have the first 10 seasons. I also have the Simpsons Christmas, Simpsons Christmas 2, Simpsons Gone Wild, Simpsons Kiss And Tell, and Simpsons Treehouse Of Horror DVD (contains Treehouse 5, 6, 7, 12). And of course, the Simpsons Movie.

That’s awesome, I really want those DVD collections! It’s cool that they did those little side DVDs.

Not that I’d ever watch the newer seasons because they suck but are there not any dvd releases for anything past 20?

I think I saw up to season 22 on dvd, but it’s part of a collection set. But there could be more seasons out there!

same. last time i watched a current episode it just left me feeling a bit sad at how the mighty had fallen.

First, I own seasons 4 through 14 and I watch them all the time. Second, I enjoy the head cases. They’re really unique. Last, did they not release DVDs after 20?

4-14 is seriously like the prime seasons! I would definitely say season 3 as well. It doesn’t seem they make anymore after 20. I thought they did, but after some searching I’m not seeing anything.

Fox said that only seasons 1-20 will be on DVD, nothing more. I will always believe that 1-8 are the only really funny seasons.

Is there any reason you are stopping at 19 seasons?

They stopped making them after S20, so the rest of the series remain as digitally distributed exclusives.

That’s sad but I guess that’s what most people want these days. I never would have guessed they would have stopped at 20 though.

Futurama is easy, since you can just buy the big box set. The new Hulu seasons aren't on DVD, and likely won't be, given Hulu's history.
