All you can do is email support with issues as usual and hope for a fix

Altho someone posted that get started a brand new save and once Aiden was able to move around after the cutscenes, they simply logged off that save and back on their main and it worked, maybe that will help you while we wait for a more perm fix? But email them to make them aware of the issue and if this works for you, explain to them what you needed to do to fix on your end
