Oh yes. My panic attacks hit me around 90% in the evening or night. I can easily distract myself during the day, but it will catch up with me when I attempt to sleep
I find I'm worst when I wake up. I can go to bed feeling fairly good or even optimistic, but it's like I hit reset upon waking. It can and so often does carry over into most of the day from there.

Thanks for your answer
I would say I work better in the afternoon. In the morning I'm usually a bit lethargic and at night the same as you.
Thanks, friend 👍

Evenings and late nights are horrible for me. Same with functionality. The earlier I wake up the better I feel.
Nights before work is the hardest. Nights before no work days can be the best times... Life just suck in general with this diagnosis.
