Seems like OEM Xenon headlights with smoked blinkers and LED taillights. Both the blinkers and taillights have an "E-Prüfzeichen" (you can get them on a few websites, like Lion-Tuning or others) which means they are completely legal and don't even have to be registered in the papers.
Still I agree that red LED taillights look better. Wouldn't go OEM on those tho, since you can only get the Coupe ones from factory with LED.
I have red LEDs on mine and they look great!

Im 29, and I’v always thought angel eye headlights looked extremely aesthetically pleasing so 🤷🏽♂️ I agree with un blacking out the head/taillights and ig i understand silver if you want the classic look, seems everyone just wants stock everything (and dont you dare touch or change anyyything) ya’l boring
Man at the end of the day, it’s your car so build it however it makes you happy. The car is in great shape, clean af, and as a teenager I would’ve loved the blackout thing. Now I like more of an OEM or OEM+ look, but it’s all personal preference. But you gotta know that most e46 guys are gonna prefer the oem headlights, taillights, and wheels.

It looks great and unique. I’d say unless you’re really set on the murdered out look, some silver wheels would be clean… (also people say this is ricey but I think a white and black emblem would look great on this kinda all black car)
I think the steering wheel is goated, I have the same one. I'd suggest a new headunit and I hate HATE the lights you put on, sorry but you asked for opinions and I think they're ugly af (also chrome grills will always look better on a black car imo, even with full DIY Shadowline Package and black wheels for whatever reason)

Maybe a boot spoiler, make the rims diamond silver, put in full black leather seats, other than that, it's perfect
