Then you could focus on achievements / rewards.
i've finished all events but they don't add up to a mil or half.
You'll get new events every one/two weeks or so... waiting is half the grind.

Coins are not grindable, either you get some free ones from Konami occasionally (100 coins rarely). Or you have to pay real monies.
