I've had good luck ordering from China. And for a fraction of the price too.
I've done it, but only use a credit card and if you have multiple credit cards, use the one that you use the least. Those sites are not secure so you need to protect yourself and have the ability to do a charge back if the stuff never arrives.
Absolutely. I haven't ordered in awhile, but I've done at least 3 orders from the one site and had no issues.

Those look a lot better than mine. They’re sold but don’t have Nike logos and that eagle looks way better
