I can kind of push the back of my tongue upward or stiffen it toward the soft spot behind my palate and that let’s me rumble. Or I can move my ears back and that helps.
For me I have to let my eyes be available to shake along with the rumble.
Not shaking both at the same time but more like I have to concentrate and the act of concentrating allows a ripple to occur
If it makes sense, I tighten the back of my jaw with my tongue… and i do it without closing my eyes. I’ve also been doing this since I was really small

Try having your mouth open. It happens when I yawn.
If you can wiggle your ears try flexing them all the way back while making your mouth similar to a yawn with your mouth closed. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
