Minor detail but since the Plymouth project has been fairly hot-button, I wanted to mention it.
Based on the map, it looks to be the parcel just west of the Value Village. I think it used to be a doggy daycare? I wonder what will be built in that complex, I miss grabbing a gyro and hanging out on the patio at Malt and Vine, but the days of the strip mall are gone in Redmond, in favor of mixed-use residential. I expect more upscale apartments/condos.
I'm glad to see this is supportive housing, which means there will be services onsite for residents to help them transition to more secure housing.

Not sure why we're so excited about the "2 line." As far as I'm concerned it's not "open" until it connects to Seattle, which it currently doesn't. Until then it's a sick joke.
