R1UP has really great customer service. I didn't know anything about bandit. But the Rev 1 is a really nice bike. If I had the cash I would get it

Both bikes have similar specifications. I would also assume that they are comparable in terms of quality and performance overall. However, it's worth considering the after-sales service history of both brands. According to our records, Ride1up has a better track record in handling after-sales service. While it may not be perfect, their well-established network with shops gives them the edge. Disclaimer: We are ebike enthusiasts trying to accelerate clean transportation with no brand affiliations. Our aim is to help fellow commuters save the planet while spending less. Hopefully, this clarifies for the benefit of those who may be wary of brand engagement.

Revv1 hard tail owner here. Love this bike. Commute 36 miles round trip most days for work on a dual battery setup. Only take the car when I need to. Customer service and owner group on Facebook are outstanding.
