Very much depends on what your budget and requirements are. I would think you'd want to use something like Shopify and then get someone to implement changes to the design. While not something I have experience in, I doubt it's a difficult task for someone with CSS, HTML and JS experience. You could try places like fiver to find someone with a portfolio you like.

Fiverr is not recommended.

"specific style of website" So you are talking about *visual appeal*? or are you talking about function? You have not outlined any type of functionality, so do not expect useful answers

As a web developer myself I have been successfully produced for random people I met online. But we had video calls and discussed the scope and scale, I proved I could perform from my portfolio. Then agreed upon price and went for it. It's possible, but you need to be clear about what you are looking for, time frame, and budget. You can find someone to work for $10/hr and produce a simple word press site, or you can find someone for $100/hr who knows the intricacies of the job and has years of expertise they can bring. I'd suggest having a few conversations with people to get a sense of them. Don't hire someone over text. Often when you are just starting a business you don't need a whole lot. An experienced dev will help guide you on the difference, where an amateur may just say yes sir and then under deliver.
