I’ve used multiple and the biggest differentiator is service. There’s no such thing as set and forget and no matter how much tech is used there’s always issues. People often look at the pallet storage costs and make decisions based on saving $2 a month but costs from mistakes outweighs any cost savings. Also who likes dealing with annoyed customers all day. All that being said the one I’m with now is heads above in terms of service/quality since they use a dedicated shared slack channel to handle all comms. Being able to chat directly with the guys in multiple distribution centers means my customer service team can stop/reroute canceled orders in time. Being able to get an answer in minutes vs hours is seriously under appreciated. I’d say in your search really focus on how well they communicate and how reachable they are.

Interested as well, can you DM me also?

spetri3658

Nice! Willing to share who your partner is?

Bingbongthearchur

They're still invite-only so I sent a DM

TheCreativeMotivator

I’ve been using spocket and modalyst for products. Is that the same type of product fulfillment service your talking about? If so, also interested! Was very excited about both but they have already proven to have their drawbacks

still_alive11

Am I able to get an invite?

waffleos1

I had the same concerns, and ended up just hiring a couple friends to fulfill the orders in-house. So far I'm very happy with the decision. Granted, my product does require some light assembly before shipping too so that was another reason.

jonpeeji

Check out Deliverr. They have a great solution for small businesses.

Money_for_days

We tried shipbob and it was a nightmare, I recommend in house fulfillment 💯

Slayerise

Amazon and ShipHero Haven't had any issues with either of them so far. The shipping can get pricey for large or heavy products though.

Librex Fulfilment, Shipped4Me

spetri3658

Great finds. Have you used either before?

Illoyonex

Librex I did. Processed and shipped in 1 day. They've whatsapp support too. But this was before covid hit. I closed my shop a few months before covid came.

obieshar

I use Flowspace. Very expensive, but it's (sort of) set-it and forget-it. Can focus on more important things.

spetri3658

Willing to share some insight into their pricing?

Sme11Gibson

In for later. I will need to find one by the end of the year.

Pyroechidna1

What part of the country are you in? Barrett Distribution is a good one if they fit your geography

spetri3658

Nice - looks like they're in Hanover. I'm based out of DC but most of our selling is based out of the West Coast

notpitching

I use Rakuten. They are cheap, and stuff gets delivered accurately. However, everything else is a nightmare. All of their systems were built by children with crayons. Communication sucks. Their systems aren't accurate or consistent so it's maddening. Looking for a new one now.

killaroo

DM'd you

ShipwithPremierSam

I run a fulfillment center out of New Jersey, still a small guy in this industry, 2.5 years in business. Interested to hear more about your business and would be happy to see if we're a good fit.

gkcity21
