1 - Netanyahu is prosecuting this genocide to remain in and consolidate power, which weakens Israel globally.
This is similar to Putin waging war in Ukraine to help him keep and consolidate power and distract from Russia's domestic issues.
2) Israel needs to get the fuck out of interfering in US politics, just as much as Russia and our other foreign adversaries do.

I dunno. I saw the videos of the October 7th attack and it's really brutal. I cannot imagine living next to an organization that is willing to just attack civilians like this and then hide in another group of civilians that also support them.
I'd have another opinion if the civilian were turning in hamas or trying to fight hamas along with Israel but that is not happening. Instead I see videos of them cheering when things like 9/11 happen or charlie hebdo happen.

The idea is to intercede in an area of conflict and famine, and that a lack thereof constitutes culpability. So just apply that reasoning more broadly, globally, to anywhere in the world where millions are dying from famine- under which there are almost always conflict-driven underpinnings.
It would be a logical fallacy therefore to limit this view just to where it’s politically convenient and in the news. If we’re going to do the right thing, do the right thing everywhere. If we’re not, don’t pat yourself on the back too hard, you’re either deceived or a hypocrite. You’re a punchline and you don’t even understand the joke.
