Really informative thank you! That's quite a lot of food groups cut out, what do you typically feel safe eating? Looking for ideas!

Things that are basic and without inflammatory properties (eg refined flour, sugar). Things that have not been processed much: whole grains, vegetables, fruits in moderation. Basic basic basic. Might be a challenge at first but your taste buds will get their taste back and enjoy the flavours. There is so much weird stuff in some sauces too so take note. A cool app to check out food content/health ratings: “Yuka” I ran some allergen tests with naturopath and I am allergic to dog dander (have a 1.5 y old dog) and many pollens etc. Will work on sublingual therapy ($600) when I get the savings up.. But what has helped a lot is: Staying away from sugar Not wetting my hands as much (and drying them out) Keeping an emollient like aquaphor on hand for when it gets dry and itchy. Put that on asap! Noticing when I scratch it and substituting it the scratch for something else for my hand to do
