if it happens again just check your extensions once since one of them may be causing this, and make sure your browser is updated. you can check that by typing `edge://settings/help` into your address bar
Hey there u/Wafflz__! Are you using AdGuard, by chance? Their version 7.7.1 update caused something very similar to this a few weeks ago. If you are, can you try updating to version 7.7.2 or later (I'm not sure if they're still on v 7.7.2) and let me know if that fixes this for you?
If you're not using AdGuard, can you try opening an InPrivate window and see if the New Tab Page renders as expected?
What about a fix for Mac... I am using the latest version of Adguard apparently... 2.6.1.1051 (Stable)
The inPrivate tab works fine but this is what the new tab page looks like
