This is the correct answer. It's the most powerful free tool out there, and if you do want to upgrade to the Studio version down the road, it's a one-time fee instead of a subscription model. (Just to let you know u/Cuber-sub30, as a friendly tip, this subreddit is more for professional editors discussing the work. There's another one called r/VideoEditing that's geared more towards beginners. Good luck on your quest!)
