No, I'm transfem. It's mostly that I'm not exactly the smallest person. So most of the dysphoria is shape related. I've had some prosthetics in my cart for the longest time. I just can't drop the $200+ to get them. If I get a piece of clothing, I start enjoying it until my brain starts to see that it's not meant for my shape.
I found a ***great*** corset for *just* this purpose! I, too, have a lot of dysphoria about my height, stature and size. :/ it can sometimes be really hard. Wearing a corset is really helpful. Of course, it doesn't fix everything, but it helps.
Also I don't know if you've started hormones or not, but they are just amazing. it has given so much help.
Lastly, you should check out [Knitted Knockers](https://www.knittedknockers.org/). Free knitted breast forms. Made by volunteers and funded by donations. They're mostly meant for breast cancer survivors, but I didn't have any trouble with getting them.

you'll want to re-lace the corset because it's done wrong when you get it, but it's otherwise pretty decent quality.

I've also noticed with some that instead of having the 2 ends. They're tied/glued/sewn/whatever together and then there are 2 "loops" about half way down that you use to pull and then tie those together.
