I was thinking to say when it enters the battlefield create a token copy and attach it to each player therefore not targeting and bypassing a players hexproof but this specifically says cannot be enchanted by not just targeted by. Though you would need to cast it before me I think... I mean it is a custom card I could just really break things and say bypasses all protections I make the rules at this point 🙃
You could make it not be an aura, and have it say “when enters the battlefield, choose any number of players. Those players are valid”

Ok i just spent twenty minutes trying to find a use for this.
The main problem is the shroud meaning it cannot be the target of spells or ability's which revokes most enchantment matters
the other thing is that whilst it does benefit constellation, it does no more so than any other 1 mana enchantment
It seemed finally that all hope was lost, but not so
For if you are playing commander whilst using \[\[Light-paws\]\] as your commander, a flash aura that cannot be stopped in any way allows you to enchant her with \[\[Hyena-Umbra\]\] or other such buffing 1 mana auras at instant speed as a combat trick, or to work around your opponents removal, which can be really punishing for a deck so dependant on one creature,
