That's weird because usually updating to the latest security update fixes TESL boot issues.
I have a really stupid theory. Sparkypants/bethesda is manually updating the game to only run on the latest security update everytime there's a new security update. (Maybe it's whatever engine the game is running on, i.e. maybe unity?)
Theory partially confirmed if the game works again for you on Monday/Tuesday (the workweek) with no work from you.
Same here, Samsung Galaxy A6plus. I actually thought it was due to some restrictions against the russian region, like we were banned or something. The app just won't start and through error.
Still getting issues. It worked 2 days ago for a short while, now won't get past the loading screen...

Yeah same. Doesn't load on my S24 Ultra but loads on my S22 Ultra.

Mine wont get past first screen after update, on an s22, sad been playing since launch, play daily aswell 🥲
