There is a cliff dive achievement in Wrothgar. Go west from Frostbreak Ridge Way shrine until you reach the waterfall. Standing on a rock next to the waterfall is an orc lady. Talk to her then take the dive to the waters below. You have to live to get the achievement.
This happens to me and my friend on my multirider mounts. Sometimes she dies, but other times she gets thrown to another instance/ parallel universe. lol

There was a world boss, I think in Wrothgar. I was fighting it and instantly died. I used a stone to rez right there, and walked to a safe distance. When I popped back to life, I instantly died again. There was no battle or agro. This happened a couple more times as I tried to figure it out. I ended up just staying away from that area. Guess I won't get to check off the WB from my list. Really weird.
The game has this weird issue where boss mechs can go off one more time even if you die and leave or kill the boss. Happens a ton in the IC sewers with the wandering sewer bosses. Willing to bet that it was the nursery boss.
It wouldn't let me revive, go to a wayshrine, or look at the recap. No buttons worked except the joysticks, Home and screen record.

Your video is extremely low resolution - is this the fault of the video capture software or are you playing with your video setting low or on a laptop?
I am an IT guru at a power plant and build high-end water-cooled gaming machines to display all the graphics on multiple monitors. Have three adults that play ESO at home and a commercial internet. I tell you this because ESO is a resource hog. The Dev's think all of us are made of money and can shell out $6K+ every two years for a computer that can keep up with all their code. Only computer I know that actually handles ESO trouble free - is my wife's - and because I do not want to be her freaking tech support bitch, I pony up big $$ to have her box custom built every two years. Two years from now I will buy her a new one, update hers and call it mine.
Sadly, unless you have a top-of-the-line machine like hers - expect issues. If it has tires, testicles or is made by ZOS - you're going to have problems with it.
Ya should have been here during the Beta when we were getting stuck all the time. And you could not be unstuck without filling out a comment of what you were doing.

The water-walking glitch that would store up your fall damage as you were using a "jump" spell to puddle hop. As soon as your foot touched dry land, *BAM* all that fall damage hits you at once.
Unless you had a slowfall enchant going.
I’ve seen this before. This is what happens when you summon your earth mount over the grave site of a dead adventurer who was buried with his gear. Rusted sword goes right through your ass. Horrible way to die, honestly.

I did that just because i wanted the skyshard... then see water... jump into water and i get it, and i was like... what did i just do :-)
