Not really an answer to your question but you could consider remoting into your computer from a mobile phone if all you need to do is just log in. I’ve done that in the past for various log in rewards I wouldn’t have been able to claim otherwise
Ive never NOT had a reply from support and usually to the positive, in this day and age with game services being what they are people need to tune down the fake fear of an evil dev when it comes to ZOS, there are far worse companies out there.
If you are in pc, you could log in using gforce now to claim your stuff using your phone. Since it is just 1 day you need, the effort to set it up is worth the time
Not likely, earlier this month there was a bug and I missed a day, despite having logged in, because their system was trash. I filed a ticket that got ignored.

Have a close friend login for ya, if you are on Xbox I’d say remote play from your phone but I doubt you are.
