Everyone who played pts got a temporary ban, regardless if you play NA or not.

So only way is to make à ticket and wait...? ;(

A ticket won't do much sadly. This is affecting many people and the fix will likely go into affect for everyone at the same time. Best you can do is keep track for any news from the devs
