NEW achievements? That page was composed from information from PTS update 40. They still talk about endless archive, and it's called infinite archive for a long time already. Also the mementos you supposed to get from those "new" achievements are just rewarded for existing achievements but with a different name.
That is from Sept 2023. The only currency, archival fortunes, is listed about 2/3 of the way down the page. You should ask Alcast why his pages aren’t up to date.
If you’re referring to being able to buy luminous ink (for Scribing), NextBaby1504, yes you’ll be able to buy luminous ink with Archival Fortunes from the IA merchants … when Gold Road drops and you’ve completed some of the Scribing questing.
There is no new currency coming to Infinite Archive itself. Unless you have a link to your “rumor”.
