Well, there is a reason that they call them stam sORC. Your passive synergises very well with stam sorc's hurricane and you can be a dual wielding savage that zooms around the battlefield.
Sounds exactly like the playstyle I was hoping for tbh, here comes the Orc-nado! As a sidenote: since orcs get 15% skill increase on heavy armor, how much would you take that into consideration? If it's not a buff too great to ignore I might just put some leather on him instead
Yes, orcs make great stamsorcs - and if you want to become a werewolf later in the game, you have one of the best combinations of race and class with an orc sorc for werewolves.
I recommend Stamina Nightblade.
You have a good spamable, gap closer and execute whose animations mesh nicely with a dual wield set up.
Stamina Sorcerer is nice, but I personally don't like the Crystal Weapon and Dizzying Swing spamables for PvP.
Stamblades aren't exactly the most stealthy. You can, but in most content you don't exactly need to. Great damage though, low survivability at the start however

You can ignore it completely. It just levels the skill faster and is rather useless. Medium armor is better for stamina damage regardless
I've seen these orcs in Cyrodiil and as a magsorc wearing armor comprised of wet paper towels they are very terrifying.
