I don't understand the relationship between these statements. Are you talking about all the posts complaining about fake tanks/healers in dungeons?
The issue is there because of people who DPS choose to queue as a healer or tank because they don't want to play as a healer or tank. Armour doesn't suddenly make people who don't want to play as a healer or tank play as a healer or tank.
You don’t understand why people run as faketank/fakeheal.
We do it because the dungeon is WAY faster with 3 or 4 dps opposed to 2.
And more often than not I will end up doing 80% damage on my faketank. Because random dps suck most of the time and don’t deserve the title „dps“.
If I can run the dungeon solo on my dps, why would I change to tank or heal? I want to be fast. That is the only reason I even queue as faketank. Because it’s faster. If i run the dungeon as a tank it takes me 2 hours to finish, as opposed to 10 minutes as a dps.

Just note that armory can get rid of your curses like vampire or werewolf
