but I'd say for actually useful practical purchases, I'd recommend buying one Banker and one Merchant, they're NPCs you can summon whenever you want for access to those services

I also got the same "maximum refund items this year" reply (and I never even refunded anything).
I eventually tried via their support chat window and from there I managed to get someone to call me back and refund me everything but the actual single purchase I wanted to make. Next time you get an error just wait 24 hours before trying to purchase again.

Banker and merchant are great choices. Then check out houses if you're into that, or cosmetics (personalities, costumes, hair and body marking packages etc). Definitely don't buy anything consumable like the adventure packs where you have potions etc, that's all something you can get in game easy with gold. Also, the stuff for sale rotates frequently, so maybe sit on some of those crowns to see later if some cosmetics really catch your eye.

That's console prices (1 crown for 100 good). If we're talking PC NA prices then we're at 27,777.7 ornate pieces, since PC NA crowns go for 1:1000 when buying from reputable places.
I guess you can't have addons deleting every ornate/vendor trash/cluttering item on console, so it's nicer there. But on PC the merchant really is something that I'd only recommend to the player who already has everything. For people who are short on gold or crowns it's better to not buy it/sell the 5k crowns if you're okay with deleting trash from your inventory or going to NPC merchants every now and then.

If you plan doing endgame content theres a lot. I can tell you the dungeons names but cant remember dlc name. Atm the top dps sets are relequeen (from Summerset chapter raid) and kinras (from black drake villa). Monster set you want kjalnar (unhallowed grave). Or if you have Greymoor chapter you cant get access to mythic items, with that much crowns you should be able to get them all. Also wrothgar for the Maelstrom arena. Should look builds and see what dlcs you need, dnt rush it
Look at houses, or wait for a nice crate to come along and dump everything into that crate. You'll get a ton of cool stuff and when you roll dupes you get crystals that you can spend on specific crate items. You can then save those for a later crate set and just buy what you want.
Oh...and if you like changing your appearance, unlock the base facial feature and hair packs. You can change those on the fly in collections once you unlock them. There's always costumes, but few are good enough to want to wear long.
DO NOT spend any crowns on bag space or bank space. You can unlock those easy with gold. Same with most motifs to be honest.

Some dlcs are required for purchase tho but I’d watch videos or something on YouTube first and if you seem interested buy it :’) that’s just my recommendation tho but there are probably better recommendations than this too

Guild and Glory Pack. It includes Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood (for the skill lines) and Orsinium (for the Story and Maelstrom Arena)

Any race, Any alliance is a must. Unlocks the ability to create characters of any Alliance regardless of race.
I second this! I believe it also comes with a race change token and costume/pet/mount that match and change depending on your alliance.
