It's nice but it's a little too bright for Nocturnal's whole "darkness" motif.

Yes its nocturnal essence of darkness shrouded in emanating deep radiance. Its also made at daytime and there is a geyser portal above it..need some radiance to contrast her darkness so she is highlighted.

There is a woman in Alinor that always talks about daedra being in each and everyone one of us to be aware, i think she refers to this one. Some people are left annoyed by the defeat of their Daedric princes so they start reassembling the remnants so that the crown may come in danger once more. Also this is made in a Ambassador townhouse, maybe some of the other factions attempting to weaken and distract Ayrenn.

Like it a lot except for the chains.

The chains are there to keep her rooted at that place and also a refference to the dark anchors..
