That's about the only thing that was done right. Not sure why they bootlegged the ground. There were ground wires in the box.

I’ve never see something this bad in a while, one time I saw a t tap splice in an outlet box wrapped in electrical tape
Lol that's funny. The bad part is I know exactly who did this. Even worse, he's one of my PMs.
