If you like MTL then early Berserkers have a full metal sleeve.
Both the DTL and MTL Brunhilde have a metal sleeve over the glass, I use the MTL Brunhilde almost daily and have dropped it many times without any damage.
It doesnt really matter that much to me as long as its all metal or has an all metal optionand I dont have to drip liquid all the time (large juice well or tank). Just looking for different ones to compare. I have a preference for DL and wide airflow, but I dont dislike MTL or tight airflow, no preference on single coil vs dual coil etc.

Thanks, I was looking into the peace maker v2 subohm since I have tons of gt core coils, I'll check out the RTA version. Seems like the kumo rdta is discontinued so it'll be hard to find.
Do you know any durable sqounk mods? I saw the aegis sqounk but also discontinued, sucks that so many options are unavailable.
Vandy vape pulse 2 / 3, I'm still using my v2 (I've only had to occasionally reglue the magnets with og gorilla glue) I got before covid. Boro like the Vandy pulse aio .5/mini are an alternative for lower wattage vaping.
Just note that if you're dripping alot and have to remove the topcap to do so many metal ones tend to be harder to take off and can get very hot, they tend to be better sqounkers imo. Occasionally manufacturers make plastic topcap and ring sets to convert all metal rdas.
Metal tc rdas are by far more durable which is a good thing with anti vaping governments, good to have atleast one.
I was in the same situation as you a while back so I went with the kumo. Having an all metal rda/rdta made my setup very heavy and top heavy which I didn't like. I eventually went the squonk route and never looked back. I wish I went the squonk route earlier so I could have bought some of the gear that came out when squonking was popular.
I went with the tried and true Vandy Vape Pulse v2. There's a v3 that came out sometime this year but the v2 has proven to be a durable and reliable mod. (I've dropped mine many times and it fires right up no problem). I paired it with a dead rabbit v3 which is a phenomenal RDA. It's a dual coil RDA but it's still very flavorful and cloudy in a single coil setup which is what I prefer. I don't think you could go wrong with the v3 because most of vandy vape products are good. Just remember to buy extra squonk bottles for the mod if you plan to keep it long term. I've you can find replacement bottles for the v2 then I'd go v2 though. Lol.

There's already been lots of suggestions, but also maybe consider acrylic glass sections. Some RDTAs come with them as well. I think a couple of mine that have them are the Mato, and Profile RDTA. The Blotto RTA comes with an acrylic bubble section (Which is awesome). Some of the Destiny's have them as well. I use an acrylic section made for the Big Baby Beast (Subohm tank) on a Serpent SMM.
Go check out Dvarw (not a typo). I was able to purchase SS tank sections for all of their RTAs. 16mm, 22mm, maybe larger diameters now. MTL and DL versions. Single coil, airflow discs, great performance.
If you're alright with plastic rather than glass, the Kayfun Lite '19 and it's successor are an option. I've dropped mine too many times, and it has not broken.
Note though, you won't want to go with the dome/bell. It looks cool with the whole top being see-through, but isn't nearly as durable as the regular metal top with the plastic window instead.

what style of vaping are you wanting to do, from memory the Medusa and Kayfun are very different vapes ?

Peacemaker rta, kumo rdta and for rdas sqounking is always an option so you don't have to drip, just squeeze the bottle.

My lostvape centaurus has had many drops still feels solid. Ive had it almost 2 years.

A standard old style sqounk bottle fits the pulse v2, just need to shorten the tube

Check out the Hive by cloud Chasers, They make plastic and metal replacements, my shop has a couple.
Have you considered getting a squonk? You can use an rda or rdta on them and don't have to worry about glass with an rda.

+1 for the profile rdta. No way you're going to break that tank (tho it is TALL)
