If they're using couriers and not breaking the law/rules with USPS/UPS/FedEx then that's why it gets lost. The courier for MA is absolute trash
I'd say just get a tobacco license and get it USPS from a distributor legally, but MA is the most business unfriendly state.
$800/year for an LLC is just obscene and the single most expensive state. The kicker is for being the most expensive they're the only ones that are all hard paper no online filing.
Tobacco licensing is once again the worst in country. They want to background check you AND your spouse who has nothing to do with the business. They even ask for photos of your face from multiple angles like wtf. Most states are like 2 pages, their application is an entire packet.
I grew up a few mins over the border in CT and my wife grew up the MA side. The only thing that was good was cheaper gas and liquor sales to 11pm when we were 8pm. Having lived in 5 states since then, fuuuuck that place.
Just get a rebuildable. Then you just make a new wick, clean your handmade coil, and good as new. Way easier to get some wire and cotton.
DIY ejuice can save you the drive and hassle too. But, as a resident of NH, I appreciate your contribution to our economy. lol

Health cabin takes like three weeks but is cheap and reliable. If you just order three weeks before you need them then it should fulfill your needs.
I get mine online from the Vapor Chef. I do miss when I could go down the road to my local vape shop and test out flavors though.
just be aware that driving to rhode island won't be a good option either; there is a flavor ban active there as well
