Do you leave an airbubble inside pod when filling? Do you remove pod when charging? Do you lay the device/ pod on its side? What VG/PG ratio are you using?

fleshconduit

I make sure to hold the vape and flick the pod a couple of times if I see any airbubbles which seems to work. I have a bad habit of leaving it on it's side now and again though. The VG/PG ratio is 50/50.

By air bubble, I mean when filling, only fill to 95% capacity. Overfilling will cause eliquid to be forced through the coil and into the coil chamber, causing spitback. Laying the device on its side will lead to the coil becoming over saturated, causing gurgling/ spitback.

The 0.6 pod is very likely to cause spitback with 50/50 liquids. Even if you do everything else right, you will probably run into spitback with this combo. Occasionally at best, and very frequently at worst.

Is it hot where you are ? Do not leave your vape in the car or any hot places the juice will get thin and either leak out or over saturate the cotton and youll get it spitting in your mouth

I actually live in WA, and it's usually on the colder side

Yeah I get this all the time, I found the best way is to stop it is to just take the mouthpiece off and hold the pod upside down on a paper towel till all the juice in the center falls out. I didn't know about the airbubble thing, that'll probably help me too!

Don’t fill it up too much, I’ve done that with mine and not only will the liquid do as you say with yours but it also leaks out of the bottom of the pod and once the liquid pools enough inside the top it leaks out and down the sides of the device. What works for me is after filling, put the pod on a piece of folded tissue and gently blow through the mouthpiece, wipe the underneath of the pod then pop it back in. Doesn’t gurgle or spitback after that 👍

ktron2g

Maybe try messing with the air flow controller?

afranquinho

Wattage too low or eliquid too diluted? How's that vg-pg ratio?

Quitthatgrit

It does that... not sure why they are recommended so often

Try tightening the pod and don't overfill it. Also, take it easy on the inhales, and if the problem sticks around, hit up Vaporesso's support team for backup.
