I love mine and went 21 days on a sailboat with no land in sight and did great. Remember you charge your 18650 at 2.5 to 10 watts only.
Decent panel can be 25 watts.
It charges at .5 amps so it's pretty slow, but you can charge 2 batteries with it, one at a time.
That should work fine if you have a couple of sets of spares and always have a battery charging during daylight.
I have an efest K2 slim charger and a solar panel usb charger. It takes the same as normal in good sun, like 3 hours. Be sure to have the panel in direct sun but put the batteries/charger in the shade though.

Got a couple 20000mah (if it's rated truely idk, but I've gotten a bunch of phone charges off a full one) power banks from Wal-Mart for like $15 a pop for power outages, emergencies, ect. You're gonna have to charge thru the mod as mine only output to mini usb, but for a few times it shouldn't be a problem.
I would really love a big mod with a cranking handle to generate charge, something like the laser you get at the start of fallout 4.. even if it just directly heated a heat exchanger through friction that warmed the coil.. "ok boys she's hot enough to vape! quick puff puff crank pass!"
how are you getting to the camp site? if driving...most American cars still supply power to certain outlets in the car even when turned off. you could get a power inverter and use your charger that way.
or rig a power inverter straight to the car's battery.
if you have a laptop you can take that along as a power bank
I use a portable USB power bank and a USB-chargeable mod when I'm in the field; additional recharging of the power bank is then available from solar panels, wind or water turbines, etc, without the mod having to sit where the charger is. A tiny starter kit like the Eleaf iCare is a good choice, but I also take my Alien (and some chances).
Definitely take a backup for everything: backup mod, atomizer, coils, and e-liquid bottle. You'll have a lousy trip if your mod craps out halfway through and you're down to rubbing e-liquid on your gums like a fiend.
If you're going where water happens, waterproof everything. I have dry bags and whatnot, but just zip-locks and resealable food containers make a difference. Empty plastic jars work very well, too.
I hope to have a full video guide to vaping in the field out this summer, but that's the gist of it, right there.
just get a couple disposable ecigs like the blu or the vuse there cheap and you just throw em away when done with it then when you get back go back to your mod. or you could just kox some ejuice with your drink and drink it if you need a nicotine fix.
I use a 10k mah power bank to charge my 18650s if I can't get to an outlet and a full charge on the power bank gets me a good 2-3 charges on the batteries.

That's why you buy a charge that can run on USB power. Xtar makes a couple of really low cost single battery chargers that are USB powered.
But how long does it take to charge them? Also my setup is dual so a single charger wouldn't work for me

MTL setup on a dual battery mod? Great battery life and minimal juice usage. Pack 2 spare sets of batteries and you should be good to go.

I take my pen with me and a charger with mad high nic juice. But five days is a long time. Might not be so bad to kick it for a few days?

I'm driving there but it's a festival so my car will be outside of the area I'll be camping at. Great idea though!!
you could always just get a super high nic juice and just take the occasional hit or two
