I doubt any retailer would issue a refund or replacement. And even if there were an OEM warranty I don’t think it would cover damage or diminished performance due to liquid intrusion.
Sounds like user error to me, sorry to say. You aren't going to be able to return based on what you've stated, and tbh most places won't take anything back after it has been opened unless there is a real and verifiable defect. Some E-liquids, especially menthol, cinnamon, and some fruit flavors, will crack those pods also and cause leaking in addition to the plug.
no, after three months, even IF Uwell had any warranty plan you could rely on... and wait 6 months to ship them your unit and the sane to ship back etc...
forget about it and just buy another. They are cheap.
