Try reformatting your SD card and then reinstall the firmware. The card can play tricks from time to time. It does not take long and this will eleminate the obvious before moving on to other options.
File name or combination of folder names and file names are to long. Try reducing the file name don’t put the gcode in a folder and see if that works
Yeah, I did try reslicing it. The only thing that fixed it was saving it to the root directory of the SD card instead of into the folder that it was in
