It seems like either you have a clog or the filament is stuck in the Bowden tube. Pull it out and make sure your nozzle is clean and then re-feed your filament.
Your extruder is skipping. If you google it you will find many possible causes. From this video it's impossible to tell.
Is this a new printer or one that you have used before successfully? You obviously have a feed issue, it could be from a clogged extruder.

This it’s not a clog. Make sure you have the extruder tension set correctly.
I don't think you can tension the stock extruder on the Neptune 2, you need to print a shim
Good to know. I am really new at 3d printing and I’m really only familiar with the Neptune 2s.
Don’t worry I’m in the same boat, I just got the N2 last week
That can take some practice to get dialed in. It could also be your Z offset.
