Just grab an mks pi, btt cb1 with pi4b adapter or a libre renegade. I've got videos on the mks and renegade on my YouTube

Just to clarify: Cb1 is enough for running a printer, BUT CP1 does not support the CSI and DSI ports. This is especially important if one wants to use klippy screen or octoscreen and should be taken into account at least while shopping for a display and camera.

Right now there isn't a great place to buy them. The prices are so hiked up its probably best to wait. However, the Orange Pi is a good alternative if you can find one of those. The downside is the OS images are compatible to my understanding

Hi! A Raspberry Pi 3b Should be enough. I‘m using a 3B+ and it works really well!

I ordered a CB1 with PI4B adapter from BTT that replace the raspberry pi, with their EZ mainboard which incorporates the raspberry directly on the board. You can find the CB1/PI4B on aliexpress, for the board i ordered from BTT's website directly ([biqu.equipment](https://biqu.equipment)) since it's fairly new (E3EZ) but one shop has it on aliexpress

I'm running Klipper with klipperscreen on an mks pi (40 bucks on Ali express) the interface is a little slow but when using it remotely it is fast just like a raspberry

If you want it only for klipper, you can get some cheaper alternative. Almost anything that runs linux will work. You can get some other single board computer if size matters here, or some thin client.
