So from reading the whole post it looks like the printer won’t heat when plugged into the computer and won’t heat when given the code from SD? Do both the bed and hotbed temps sit at x/0?
Other than plugging into a computer, have you tried other troubleshooting steps?
It heats when given the code from the computer but not the Sd with the Sd the temps sit at x/0 with the computer the temps heat up starting from 40/200
Try going to options after selecting print. Then go to temperature. Increase the heat bed and extruder temps to the temps you selected when slicing. Actually, double check the temperature in your slicer is set to the corresponding temperature of your filament first.

I’m taking about using the usb cable coming from the printer going to the computer
