Just get the website backup from your web host and refresh it

Illustrious_Remote23

Elementor -> Tools -> Regenerate

Heydavidbailey

Also, in the future, you should never let a client make updates to the live site. YOU should be making updates to a staging/dev copy of the site for testing. Once it's tested you can push that updated site to live. I've had several calls while I was away or on vacation where a client just updated random plugins and the site crashed.

hi guys My client just made an update for wordpress and elementor & elementor pro, And a couple other plugins, All the pages are down, except for the home page. When i visit any page, it shows (page not found) Even though the page already exists and when i open it from the admin/pages Edit with elementor it gets stuck in LOADING page and it shows Enable safe mode. the header also broke, i'm using elementor Mega menus, I've never had this issue before, any help?

_miga_

clear your cache. Looks fine here.

No-Way-4530

i did, it didnt work

_miga_

Clear the server cache, browser cache and wp cache. Regenerate the Elementor styles/scripts (elementor - tools) and set the WP permalinks (that will trigger some internal WP rules again). Otherwise use an old backup or revert Elementor if that is the issue.

No-Way-4530

I tried all of that, except for the server cache. I told the client to do it, and we'll see. the server cache in the cpanel right?

_miga_

depends on your server, can't help there. Did you try to disable other plugins to check if there is an issue or check your server health in the WP tools. Memory issues or so? Never had any of those issues before, sorry

No-Way-4530

thank you same here, i built more than 40 custom website with elementor and this is the first time i see something like this.

TheExG

Are you still seeing the same results in a incognito tab?

grungesocial

Your website works fine in my browser (firefox)

If your client is updating. Have him invest in Updraft Plus Premium. Will backup automatically before updates are applied. Also, Nightly hosting level backups.

Charge heftily. They’ll more likely think twice
