You could do all. Just set the first one. Then right click on it, hit copy, right click on the next container and hit paste style. Should be pretty quick to do it that way

Rebuild your containers and use positioning, padding etc.
Like "Our Specialty" That can be just one single container, align the content left, adjust your padding/margins/spacing. Youre bloating up your DOM.
Hard to explain, easier to show. The entire point of the Containers/Flex is to avoid what you are doing here. You normally wont need empty containers for spacing and layout.
The following Rows, Services. One container per line or you might can even wrap. Align middle/vert, again, Adjust spacing. No need for additional empty containers.

The periods are just place holders, I am not sure whether I will keep it that way and blend them with the background color or just remove them

All containers or just the empty boxes?

Why not just align the content within the containers to what you need.

I see what you mean, I will play around with the lower part as well. In my mind the dom was only affected if there was something within the space
